Rugby, the game played by the RSM's finest. The club is renowned in IC for its wild social life and hard hitting games! We practice with IC for the first term and then split to concentrate on the biggest sporting match in IC - the Bottle Match. Held every
spring this annual varsity match against the Camborne School of Mines is world renowned and over a 105 years old making it the second oldest varsity match still being played.
We need new players each year to compete in this match so that we can retain the Bottle for the tenth year in a row. We need new blood to keep the RSM spirit going, not that the old blood is low on spirits, rather it’s a little too high on spirits! The social side is amongst the best with the drinking, singing and leering. So come and sign up at the Freshers Fair or just pop into the Union Office (RSM 2.27A) - we welcome all players, even if your
